Is spellbound wheelchair accessible? I know there's an elevator but I've always been under the impression it's broken because of the potted plants placed outside it.

Someone's contacted me saying they'd like to go, but it needs to be easily accessible for someone in a wheelchair.

The guy just asked me if the lift works, then when was it installed? I have no idea if that's important but its something he's asking.

Hi Guys,

There is a lift well in the building but unfortunately there hasn't been a lift there for decades!

Sorry about that!
